The new Hardy Zane Fly reels are destined to capture the imagination of Flyfishers around the world. The large arbour design and use of aerospace Aluminum has been specially engineered to offer incredible strength to weight ratio. The Drag system incorporates a woven Carbon Fibre Disc, which Hardys developed over 10 years ago, which has superior heat distribution and incredible durability.

Even while immersed totally in water this material loses non of its braking ability allowing you to fight big fish with confidence.

The reels have minimal start up inertia and almost instantaneous pick up .Other features include a large easy to locate drag knob even with cold, wet or perspiring hands.

The reel is easy to disassemble allowing the angler to clean and flush after use
